The Tom O' The Wood has recently changed hands and reopened a couple of weeks ago. Apart from a reorganisation of some of the furnishings (the soft seating is now in the bar and there are tables and chairs in the conservatory) it seems little changed internally. Foodwise, at present only sandwiches and snacks are available but the new owners plan to introduce a more extensive food menu from the beginning of December. Thankfully, dogs and muddy boots are still welcome! As this is my "local" I'm very pleased to see the Tom O' The Wood back.
