The LRHA annual flower show was held at Shakespeare Hall in Rowington on Saturday 2 August 2008, which turned out to be a lovely summer's day notwithstanding the forecast!
All the usual stalls and sideshows were present - raffle, tombola, coconut shy, spin the wheel, skittles, face painting, cake stall, plant sales and bouncy castle to name a few. Teas were served by the WI and the Shirley Band provided the musical entertainment. The afternoon was rounded off with the annual prize giving.
