Public Houses in Rowington
There are five public houses in the parish of Rowington.

The Cock Horse Inn, formerly called the Cock Inn, features strongly in Rowington history and is doubtless one of the oldest pubs in the parish. At one time the pub was the location of the village forge and the Innkeeper was also the blacksmith.
The Cock Horse Inn is on the Old Warwick Road, just south of St Laurence Church and within walking distance of the Grand Union canal. Telephone: 01926 842183.

The Tom O' The Wood is situated on Finwood Road, between Rowington and Lowsonford at Turner's End. After a series of changes over the past few years, it re-opened under new management in October 2011.
The Tom O' The Wood has a bar, a conservatory and a small restaurant. Outside there is a beer garden and access to the Grand Union canal.

The Fleur de Lys
The Fleur de Lys is a very picturesque pub located in the pretty hamlet of Lowsonford and backing onto the Stratford-upon-Avon canal. Part of the building dates back to the 15th century but many changes have taken place since then.

The Navigation Inn claims to be in Lapworth but is situated east of Kingswood Brook which places it very clearly in Rowington.
It is located on the Old Warwick Road next to the Grand Union canal and a short distance from Kingswood junction. It has a traditional flagstone floored bar, a small restaurant and a pretty canalside beer garden. The same menu is served throughout. The Navigation Inn is now closed.

The Durham Ox is located on Shrewley Common, just within the Rowington parish boundary, and is probably the closest Rowington gets to its very own "gastropub".
The Durham Ox has a stylish bar, a modern restaurant, a large garden and a wide-ranging menu.
