Property Management
Day to day management of the Charity's properties is carried out by Bournville Village Trust, who have a particular expertise in managing almshouses and other forms of affordable housing.
Vacancies
When vacancies arise they will be advertised on parish noticeboards. Appointments are made on the basis of need and are solely at the discretion of the Trustees. The Charity does not maintain a waiting list.
Donations
The Charity has a policy of maintaining its properties in good order and there is a programme of works necessary to bring the older properties up to the standard prescribed by the Decent Homes legislation, which will involve considerable expenditure over the next few years. The Charity has, over the years, received valuable financial support from the community, particularly in relation to the recent new building works, but would welcome further donations to enable it to continue to provide and improve the accommodation for the needy of the Parish. If you are able to help please contact Tim Edsall by or by telephone on 01564 782169. Gift Aid can be utilised to increase the value of your donation.
